• Physiotherapy Methods

Manual Therapy Accupuncture Assessment usually 30 minutes but can be up to an hour dependent on condition. We take a full history and perform a thorough examination. We find how the problem effects you and what you want the therapy to achieve. We give advice on how we can help, length of time of the management/process and costs involved.

Manual Therapy is the base of our treatment approach. We use our hands for massage, gentle joint manipulation and muscle stretches. Treatments usually last between 20 to 30 minutes.

Excercises are taught and are to your specific needs and are reviewed progressively as your body responds to the therapy with improving strength and flexibility.

Education is the greatest tool we can give you, it allows you to quickly manage your injury to full recovery and prevents recurrance.

Acupuncture is a way of tapping into your body's healing process. We are trained to use it gently and safetly for muscle and joint pain problems in conjunction with other therapeutic techniques.
