Taught by physiotherapists, Clinical Pilates is progressive exercise training that develops core strength and postural control. Your body will feel younger and more energised.
It resolves back and neck pain; improves sporting performance and develops good postural alignment that feels natural and looks great.
Pilates Classes are run regularly during the day evening and are contained to small numbers of participants to ensure that everyone benefits from the physiotherapists supervision.
Express Pilates are for those busy people who find an hour long class too hard to fit in. Express Classes are between 30 to 45 mins in duration.
