Taught by physiotherapists, Clinical Pilates is progressive exercise training that develops core strength and postural control. Your body will feel younger and more energised.
It resolves back and neck pain; improves sporting performance and develops good postural alignment that feels natural and looks great.
Pilates Classes are run regularly during daytimes as well as evenings and are contained to small numbers of participants to ensure that everyone benefits from the physiotherapist's supervision. See class timetables on the Practice Pages.
Pilates One on One Sessions is also available and involves the design of a specific programme for your body and instruction of the use of the Pilates equipment. Results are achieved faster and with less time commitment when using the Pilates equipment.
Practice Membership can allow you to use the equipment for a small weekly membership once you are confident how to safely use the equipment.
