Amy Burr
BHsc (Physio) 2005 PGCert (Acup) 2008
Amy is the business owner of Takanini. After graduating she worked for 2 ½ years at Middlemore Hospital completing rotations in stroke rehabilitation, orthopaedics, respiratory (medical and surgical), paediatrics, musculoskeletal outpatients and the community.
Amy uses Pilates in the clinical setting and teaches group mat classes. Amy has also completed Western acupuncture training, and believes that both Pilates and acupuncture really complement her other physiotherapy skills.
