Brigit Holford

Dip Phys Dip MT

Brigit completed postgraduate studies in Manipulative Physiotherapy and in Acupuncture.

Brigit has been a representative golf player for Auckland and delivers Golf Improvement Programmes specifically designed for golfers of any level.

Brigit utilises her Manual Therapy and Acupuncture skills to treat Musculo- Skeletal conditions and specialises in shoulder and knee rehabilitation. She utilises Power Plate® vibration training to aid treatment recovery and for fitness programmes.

Rebekah has a back ground in massage and combines this with manual therapy and gym rehabilitation to help promote injury recovery and prevention.

She is trained in Clinical Pilates and instructs the Mat work classes at the Epsom Clinic.

Helen Souloglou

BHSc

She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal diagnosis and manual therapy to both relieve and prevent injury/pain.

Helen is experienced in Acupuncture and Clinical Pilates.

She has a special interest in posture/pilates with an onus on giving patients advice and exercises that can be incorporated easily into their busy lives!

About

The North Epsom Clinic is easily accessible from both Gillies Ave and Market Road off ramps. It is well positioned on Manukau Road close to New Market, a convenient location for appointments both before during and after work.

The clinic provides private treatment room facilities, an Exercise Studio with Pilates Reformer and Power Plate® Acceleration Training plates.
