Testimonials

"For over a period of six months now I have been a client of Active Physio at Counties Care in Papakura and I have found all the staff there to be professional, skilful and genuinely caring. I sustained a serious elbow injury and the prognosis for full recovery is not great. The healing hands of Anne and Amy have delivered an excellent standard of care along with large doses of humour and encouragement. They give freely of advice and have always explained their treatment and procedures well so I know what to expect and the results we should be achieving. During the first month of my rehabilitation I had to rely on other people to drive me to physio and thanks to the extended hours at the clinic and the great work done by Sue on reception I was able to fit in all those valuable early sessions – not to mention the text messages to remind me to be there! I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Active Physio at Counties Care for anyone needing physiotherapy".

— Michelle Saba, Karaka

“I have been attending pilates classes once or twice a week at Active Physio Counties Care for a few months now in my half hour lunch break. These classes are run by the delightful Amy and I have found them to be very helpful and enjoyable. My work dictates that I spend most of the day sitting down at a desk, so to exercise and stretch my body out half way through the day gives my body a well deserved treat. I would highly recommend the classes for any age or shape, they can do nothing but good and I have certainly found my energy levels have increased and my flexibility and suppleness improved!”.
